About Us

The Community Diabetes Regional Outreach Partnership (CDROP) is a collaboration of 6 counties in upstate NY: Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Oneida, Oswego and St. Lawrence. CDROP is part of a larger New York State Department of Health initiative to enhance the health and well-being of New Yorkers with diabetes and pre-diabetes. New York State is committed to raising awareness and providing education to the public at risk for these conditions. CDROP receives money from the New York State Department of Health to increase awareness and provide education to people at highest risk for developing diabetes.
